Boondi Raita

Ingredients:   Method:

2 cups plain yogurt

1/2 cup Boondi

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp roasted and ground Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp black salt

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

salt to taste





Soak Boondi in 1 cup warm water for 5 minutes. Drain and press out excess water.


Mix yogurt and milk till smooth.


Add all the spices and salt. Mix well.


Add Boondi and chopped coriander leaves.


Mix everything well and chill.
