Pineapple Raita

Ingredients:   Method:

2 cups plain yogurt

1 can pineapple chunks

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1/2 tsp black salt

2 tbsp sugar

salt to taste

1 pinch nutmeg powder

 

 

 

Mix yogurt and milk till smooth.

 

Add sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.

 

Add pineapple chunks.

 

Dry roast nutmeg powder and sprinkle on Raita.

 

Mix everything well and chill.
