Mint Mango Chutney

Ingredients:   Method:

250 grams raw mangoes

1 small bunch green mint leaves

2 green chilies

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

 

Wash and peel mangoes. Take the pit out and chop into big pieces.

 

Grind Mint leaves and put the paste in a muslin cloth and take out the juice.

 

Add mangoes, 1 cup of water, green chilies and salt vessel. Boil till soft.

 

Grind mango mix in a paste. Put it in the vessel add mint juice and sugar. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

 

You chutney is ready. Eat it with your favorite Sabji and bread.
