Masala Nimbu Achaar

Ingredients:   Method:

1 Kg Nimbu

200 gram Salt

50 gram Turmeric powder

50 gram Whole fenugreek seeds

50 gram Red chili powder

10 Nimbu for juice (seperate)

 

 

Wash all Nimbu and wipe them dry.

Chop all nimbus in 4 pieces. Put them in a big steel or glass bowl and mix salt and Turmeric powder.

 

After 2 days take the juice of 10 nimbu. Add red chili powder and mix this juice in chopped nimbus.

 

Cover the bowl and put it in sun for 8-10 days. Keep mixing it every day.

 

After the achaar is ready put it in a glass or ceramic container.

 

This achaar is very good for stomach. The older the achaar is the better it is.
