For Garlic
Butter:
¼ cup of Margarine or Butter
2-3 large cloves of garlic crushed
1-2 tsps of dried or freshly chopped
oregano
1 tsp of rosemary (optional)
1 tsp of Cajun spice (optional
1 long loaf of Baguette Bread For
Brushchetta: 3 large tomatoes
1 – 2 large cloves of garlic, peeled and
crushed
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of basil dried or marjoram dried or
oregano dried
½ cup of grated mozzarella or brick cheese
or cheddar cheese

For Garlic Bread:
Cut the Baguette Bread into thick slices.
Mix the top five ingredients in medium bowl
until nice and smooth.
Spread across slices of baguette bread.
Broil at 500 degrees for about 8 minutes.
After the first four minutes flip and
butter other side and broil for additional four minutes.
For Brushchetta:
Make Garlic Bread.
Wash, Peel and Chop tomatoes into small
cubes and place in medium dish.
Add crushed garlic, olive oil and herb of
choice from list.
Mix well.
Spoon tomato mixture onto garlic bread
before placing in oven to grill.
Grill for about 3 minutes in 500 degree
oven and add cheese after the 3 minutes.
Shut off oven and give extra 2 minutes to
melt the cheese.
