Durga ji is the supreme goddess in Hindu religion also known
as Parvati. As a mother goddess, she is frequently called Maa
Durga and is sometimes referred to as the mother of Ganesh.
Durga Ji is worshipped as the epitome of 'Shakti' (divine
power), to give deliverance from the evil and bring peace and
prosperity in devotees' lives.
